So how did all this get started? Well it's pretty simple really, my name is Matt, and I like to ride bikes. After doing a fair amount of downhill mountain biking for a while, I eventually got a helmetcam, and me and my friends got started recording the trail riding we were doing, just for ourselves really, though many others took an interest in the footage.

I also like to watch bike videos, mountain bike vids in particular, from all over the World on the net. It's great to get glimpses into the riding styles, terrain and trails available in different countries and regions all over.

So, being an online projects kind of guy, I figured I'd create a website community, where bike riders from all over the World could come to share their original bike videos. Not only that, but it needed to have embedded scrollable maps, so that people could literally browse the Earth, and choose to watch bike riding from specific parts of the World!
